The Manager Customer Verification Role
As Manager of Customer Verification at Qlik, you’ll lead a globally distributed team of skilled senior test engineers dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your mission will be to champion quality and innovation within our SaaS Quality Services organization by guiding the team to explore and verify real-world customer scenarios across our Data Integration and Data Analytics solutions.
Leveraging your leadership and quality mindset, you’ll empower your team to identify customer use cases, test solutions end-to-end, and drive enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Drive Quality: Lead the team to simulate and test customer scenarios, ensuring issues are identified and resolved early.
- Enhance Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and customer-facing teams to maintain high-quality standards across Qlik’s cloud offerings.
- Develop Expertise: Build and maintain robust test environments, incorporating third-party solutions and deep product knowledge.
- Support Team Growth: Host regular 1:1 meetings to coach team members, align priorities, and promote career development.
- Lead Change: Participate in cross-organizational projects, contributing to quality initiatives and change management.
- Foster Inclusion: Respect cultural and regional diversity, ensuring remote team members feel involved and valued.
- Celebrate Success: Encourage positivity and celebrate team achievements to sustain motivation and a sense of accomplishment.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience or strong interest in exploratory testing of software products
• Experience: 5+ years of work experience of software testing or similar
• Experience in management and team leadership
• Quality mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of working in an international environment, cross cultures, and time zones
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
The location for this role is:
Lund, Sweden (Hybrid) or Sweden Remote
